- Excellent legal research writing and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Strong communication skills and sound professional judgment

Day to day
- Draft motions briefs pleadings and other litigation documents for complex business disputes
- Conduct legal research and help shape case strategy and legal analysis across US and cross-border matters
- Support litigation from pre-litigation through enforcement including discovery depositions hearings motion practice and trial preparation
- Manage client and opposing counsel communications deadlines and multiple active matters in a fast-paced remote environment
