Who you are

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field AND 6+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles OR Master's Degree in relevant field AND 3+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related role OR equivalent experience
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements for this role
• Proven ability to align cross-functionally across various stakeholders and drive agreement
• Experience in designing and delivering impactful and engaging programs and initiatives that educate and inform stakeholders
• Passion and curiosity for learning and staying abreast of the latest trends and innovations in the security domain

What the job involves

• Maximizes/extends the leader while developing relationships with key partners and serving as a trusted advisor
• Ensures continuation of business operations, driving strategy execution, and/or leader alignment
• Oversees and manages budgets for capital expenditures and operational expenses, ensuring efficient resource use
• Coordinates and organizes security events and the annual internal conference, ensuring successful execution and attendee engagement
• Provides coaching and mentorship to executive assistants, guiding their professional growth and development
