Requirements
- Experience in compliance onboarding customer due diligence KYC business verification or related operational functions
- Strong stakeholder management and customer communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines
- Experience within financial services consumer credit fintech banking or regulated environments is highly desirable
- Fluency in at least one of German Italian Spanish or French is essential

Day to day
- Support European business customers through regulatory registration and onboarding processes.
- Manage and track documentation requirements while keeping records accurate and up to date.
- Liaise directly with merchants to explain regulatory requirements and guide them through a fast-paced case load.
