What the job involves
Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for our business organizations (specifically Marketing)
Partner with Marketing leaders to develop top of funnel strategies for key marketing roles
Source and build healthy, representative pipelines to engage passive talent including: cold outreach, events, and content production while also effectively handling inbound applications and referrals
Leverage data to inform your hiring strategy and articulate these insights to executives in order to influence and drive positive change
Identify, conceptualize and drive business improvement initiatives
Champion and spearhead various initiatives relating to belonging, equity and impact (BEI)
