Remote Business Unit Controller Job in UK ESL FACEIT Group - EFG

Who you are

• Bachelor's degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or related field
• MBA CPA or other professional qualification such as CIMA ACCA or ACA preferred
• Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role in a business unit or divisional capacity (minimum 3-5 years) ideally in the Digital or Technology Industries
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles financial regulations and reporting standards
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
• Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• High attention to detail and organizational skills

What the job involves

• Oversee all financial topics for the projects within the business unit
• Lead the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasting
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual analyses
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements within projects
• Collaborate with department heads and other stakeholders to ensure financial alignment with business goals
• Assess and manage financial risks associated with projects
