Requirements
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law
- Minimum of 10 years of legal experience with at least 4 years supporting a business unit preferred
- Experience in manufacturing industrial products or construction/building materials preferred
- Background in commercial law contracts litigation claims and regulatory compliance
- Experience managing outside counsel relationships and legal budgets

Day to day
- Serve as the primary legal advisor and strategic partner for the Windows & Doors business unit leadership team.
- Provide proactive counsel on commercial agreements regulatory matters product development litigation and operational legal issues.
- Identify legal risks negotiate contracts support growth initiatives and coordinate with cross-functional teams and outside counsel.
