Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering preferably Electrical and Electronic
- 2-4 years in calibration of electrical/electronic equipment
- Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office, and Excel
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Experience with oscilloscopes, calibrators, spectrum analysers, power supplies, DMMs
- Familiarity with different calibration categories
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Day to day
- Responsible for onsite calibration of test & measurement instruments to meet customer needs in various industries
- Ensure accurate performance, reliability, and compatibility of next-generation devices through precision measurement solutions
- Perform manual and automated calibration and adjustments of electronic equipment
- Interface with customers for repair or calibration requirements and document all procedures and reports meticulously
- Function as the primary representative of Tektronix to the customer and adhere to quality management system policies
