Who you are

• GCSEs at grade A – C in English Language and Mathematics equivalent.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent professional qualification.
• Proven track record in campaign management and delivery across the marketing mix.
• Ability to work on numerous multi-channel campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong proven knowledge of marketing practices and channels.
• Good analytical mindset able to analyse metrics trends and results to drive campaign efficiencies.
• Meticulous planning organisation attention to detail tenacity with excellent communication.
• Ability to communicate at multiple levels with a strong ability to communicate to Executive level.
• Ability in written content development from strategic product positioning messaging to copy for collateral.
• Analytical skill to collect manipulate and draw conclusions from mid-sized data sets.
• Demonstrable strong project management capability.
• IT proficient with an ability to use all Microsoft Office programmes particularly Word Excel and Outlook and a familiarity with other bespoke databases.
• High level of accuracy.
• Experience of working with a CRM system ideally HubSpot.
