- Client-facing confidence with strategy presentations
- Strong commercial awareness budget margin and profitability
- Genuine passion for sport and creator culture
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Right to work in the UK

Day to day
- Lead influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end across allocated client accounts
- Develop independent creative strategies from client objectives and present them directly to clients
- Select creators with analytical rigour manage outreach contracts approvals and performance reporting
- Build strong creator relationships track platform trends and identify account growth opportunities
