Experience in large, global B2B technology, software and/or services companies.
Ability to define marketing objectives, execute integrated campaigns, and track results.
Deep understanding of the demand waterfall and conversion optimization strategies.
Experience in digital and direct marketing, including email, social media, search engine marketing, paid social, content syndication, webinars/virtual events, direct mail, and more.

What the job involves
Lead planning and execution of marketing campaigns aligned to GTM priorities and goals for r/EMEA.
Coordinate with the Director of Campaign Strategy and Demand Generation and Regional Marketing Leader to implement marketing strategies.
Design, implement, and measure marketing campaigns by combining central and local elements to meet revenue and pipeline targets.
Optimize conversion throughout the marketing funnel and maximize marketing ROI for the region.
Establish and maintain cross-functional global relationships. Track, manage, and assess success metrics to improve marketing strategies.
