Who you are

  • 5+ years of experience building strategic multi-channel campaigns, generating demand and contributing to pipeline.
  • Experience in large, global B2B technology, software and/or services companies.
  • Ability to define marketing objectives, execute integrated campaigns, and track results.
  • Deep understanding of the demand waterfall and conversion optimization strategies.
  • Experience in digital and direct marketing, including email, social media, search engine marketing, paid social, content syndication, webinars/virtual events, direct mail, and more.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative, analytical, and strategic thinker.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Ability and desire to work in a results-oriented, fast-paced team environment.

Desirables

  • Experience with ABM strategies and tactics
  • Deep understanding of account targeting, personalization, and engagement.



What the job involves

  • Lead planning and execution of marketing campaigns aligned to GTM priorities and goals for r/EMEA.
  • Coordinate with the Director of Campaign Strategy and Demand Generation and Regional Marketing Leader to implement marketing strategies.
  • Design, implement, and measure marketing campaigns by combining central and local elements to meet revenue and pipeline targets.
  • Optimize conversion throughout the marketing funnel and maximize marketing ROI for the region.
  • Establish and maintain cross-functional global relationships. Track, manage, and assess success metrics to improve marketing strategies.
