- Significant experience in project finance climate finance structured finance or investment advisory
- Track record of supporting or closing complex capital deals ideally in climate energy nature-based solutions or frontier markets
- Understanding of institutional and private capital behaviour including blended finance catalytic capital impact-linked instruments and risk-adjusted project financing
- Ability to shape deal structures that balance return expectations with impact requirements
- Experience working across teams to build repeatable financing playbooks templates and systems
- Strong alignment with climate impact integrity equity and science-led solutions

Day to day
- Lead the financing strategy for high-integrity climate and nature-based projects across the portfolio
- Structure and support financing deals from early-stage capital through project implementation and milestone-based funding
- Build trusted relationships with investors financial institutions family offices DFIs and funds while driving diligence and closing
- Develop compelling investment cases financial models term sheets and capital stack designs in collaboration with internal teams
