Requirements
- At least 7 years of progressive experience in AP and cash management
- At least 3 years in a leadership role
- Hands-on experience using Coupa including Coupa Administrator experience
- Experience managing cash flow banking relationships and payment operations
- Experience leading system implementations upgrades or process transformation initiatives
- Strong grasp of accounting principles best practices and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems NetSuite preferred and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience with international entities is a plus

Day to day
- Lead cash management activities including forecasting monitoring and timely cash postings to support company liquidity
- Oversee the full accounts payable function from invoice review and payment processing to vendor onboarding and expense reporting
- Serve as Coupa administrator by maintaining workflows permissions integrations and user support while improving procure-to-pay processes
