Who you are

• Possess 8+ years in finance, product control, or CASS Oversight roles at an FCA regulated financial institution
• Strong experience in financial operations within a trading venue, brokerage, or investment firm
• Expert knowledge of UK regulatory environments, licensing requirements, and experience with Derivative Products
• Familiarity with AML and KYC best practices in the UK & EU markets
• Skilled in collaboration with stakeholders across various organizational levels and departments
• Demonstrated ability to lead in dynamic, high-growth settings
• Preferable to have previous experience in regulated crypto services

What the job involves

• Be responsible for the ongoing CASS obligations of the firm concerning all applicable regulatory requirements for operating a Multilateral Trading Facility (MTF)
• Ensure compliance with the Financial Conduct Authority’s Client Assets Sourcebook (CASS) and establish effective policies and procedures
• Manage submission and oversight of regulatory reports/ad hoc filings, transaction reports, and STORs
• Monitor evolving business, regulatory, and technology environments to identify new or emerging risks
• Develop the CASS Risk and Control Matrix and lead associated projects
• Maintain relationships with relevant local regulatory authorities
