Who you are

• Must be qualified in ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent with excellent Excel skills.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP with a proficiency in preparing financial reports and performing integrations.
• Capable of building influential relationships across finance and operational departments.
• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, adapt to new systems quickly, and manage complex projects.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills required.

What the job involves

• Coordinate and integrate new financial entities into the larger group endeavors.
• Collaborate with various teams including M&A, Payroll, and Finance to manage pre and post-acquisition activities.
• Oversee the development and implementation of critical financial processes and control systems to align acquired businesses seamlessly into day-to-day operations.
• Prepare essential financial documents and ensure compliance with both UK GAAP and IFRS standards.
• Support audit activities and ease the transition for newly acquired companies into centralized accounting systems.
