Who you are

  • Substantial experience in sales or relationship management role
  • Energy industry experience
  • Understanding of the energy Broker sector and dynamics around it



What the job involves

  • Manage a portfolio of Broker relationships, drive sales, and identify key growth opportunities for SEBL
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding for new Brokers while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales to manage Broker performance, respond to bespoke pricing requests, and support the launch of new products and services
  • Hit personal sales targets and provide aftersales support, maintain compliance, and attend client meetings and networking events to foster strong business relationships
