Who you are

  • Proven B2B sales and account management experience preferably with manufacturers or distributors.
  • Positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage across all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel).
  • Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Desirables

  • Knowledge of HORECA, Construction, Workwear and PPE, Safety, Facilities Management, Janitorial & Sanitary, Pre-hospital and Healthcare Supplies.
  • Experience in sales at the manufacturer or distributor level.

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability for existing and new clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to enhance client value and business growth.
  • Monitor account performance and market trends to stay competitive.
  • Meet sales KPIs and manage a high-potential new business pipeline.
  • Onboard new clients smoothly and integrate them into our systems.
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure clients have the necessary resources.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
