- Experience managing independent advisors fractional executives agencies or consultants
- Comfort speaking with senior CxOs about reporting ownership and revenue pain points
- Strong pipeline conversion and activation management skills
- Ability to coach partners and improve call performance
- Mid-market fluency with PE-backed and founder-led companies
- Comfort with mixed partner economics including spiffs residuals and consulting hours
- Fully functional up to date computer
- Willingness to install next generation end point protection

Day to day
- Recruit fractional and advisory CxO partners and build a target list from advisor networks and executive communities
- Run discovery calls to qualify partner fit, close partner agreements, and onboard partners with their warm C-suite accounts
- Coach partners on persona-specific talk tracks, coordinate analyses, and support the full partner pipeline from first meeting to annual contract
