  • Ability to coach partners and improve call performance
  • Mid-market fluency with PE-backed and founder-led companies
  • Comfort with mixed partner economics including spiffs residuals and consulting hours
  • Fully functional up to date computer
  • Willingness to install next generation end point protection
  • US Citizen

Day to day

  • Recruit fractional and advisory CxO partners and build a target list from advisor networks and executive communities
  • Run discovery calls to qualify partner fit, close partner agreements, and onboard partners with their warm C-suite accounts
  • Coach partners on persona-specific talk tracks, coordinate analyses, and support the full partner pipeline from first meeting to annual contract
