Requirements
- Proven experience as a CFO Finance Director Head of Finance or similar senior finance leader
- Strong commercial and strategic mindset with the ability to turn financial data into business decisions
- Deep expertise in financial planning forecasting cash flow management reporting and financial controls
- Experience supporting acquisitions fundraising strategic investments business exits or financial due diligence
- Strong financial modelling analytical communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on in a fast-moving founder-led environment

Day to day
- Lead the financial strategy planning forecasting and performance reporting for a fast-growing business
- Provide founders and senior leadership with timely actionable financial insights to support decisions and growth
- Oversee budgeting cash flow management working capital planning financial controls and compliance while supporting strategic initiatives and exit readiness
