Requirements

Strongly daily overlap across EMEA and US Eastern timezones
Led finance through real scale and built lasting value for shareholders
Deep international multi-entity multi-currency experience
Command of cross-border tax and compliance including US indirect tax EU VAT and Australian GST
Recognized accounting qualification ACCA ACA CIMA or locally accredited CPA
Strong FP&A and modelling depth
Proactive communication high ownership and strong autonomy in a fast-moving remote environment

Nice to have

SaaS-enabled marketplace experience
Travel hospitality or proptech experience
Founder-run to institutional-grade builder

Day to day

Own capital deployment decisions and build the case for strategic bets
Provide leadership with clarity and discipline to invest confidently and scale profitably
Build and lead a lean AI-leveraged finance organization across an international group
Act as the financial principal to investors partners banks and auditors
