- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field required

- 15+ years of progressive IT and leadership experience including executive responsibility
- 10+ years leading IT in regulated environments preferred

- Demonstrated success building and maturing IT capabilities
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems cybersecurity data integration and IT operations
- Proven ability to operate in ambiguity and evolving structures

Day to day
- Lead CONMED’s global IT organization and act as a strategic enterprise leader
- Align technology priorities with business needs and translate strategy into executable roadmaps
- Build mature governance systems architecture security and operations while maintaining reliability and compliance
- Partner with executive leaders and vendors to modernize core platforms improve data insight and support future growth
