Requirements
- 10+ years leading or managing technology functions with progressive responsibility including prior CTO-level experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering or related field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience leading distributed and/or remote teams
- Experience in complex evolving organizations with multiple products services stakeholders or business capabilities
- Strong knowledge of modern technology capabilities and trends with strategic decision-making ability
- Demonstrated success leading complex transformation initiatives across process systems and operating model
- Strong commitment to the WES mission and values
- Highly collaborative leadership style with presence and influence
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build constructive effective working relationships at all levels
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high drive ownership and strong work ethic
- Demonstrated ability to build a culture of innovation experimentation and continuous improvement
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed

Day to day
- Lead WES’s technology strategy and operating model to support organizational priorities and long-term growth.
- Drive digital transformation across enterprise platforms systems and workflows while improving reliability scalability and security.
- Partner with executives product and cross-functional teams to deliver AI innovation data capabilities vendor stewardship and measurable business outcomes.
