- Work as a noted expert with a wide range of systems
- Contribute to defining operational processes and dealing with customers

- Manage Citrix Gateway in Azure and Citrix Storefront
- Provide Windows Virtual Desktop delivery and support
- Implement Change Management Processes
- Write test plans & SOE's at an enterprise level

- Build, maintain, and upgrade a Citrix remote access solution
- Collaborate with committed people to deliver 3rd line support and project delivery
- Maintain technology currency across Citrix Netscaler, Citrix Cloud, Storefront, Virtual Apps, and Desktops
