  • Proven experience in technical account management solutions enablement or technical sales within the technology sector
  • Strong understanding of Citrix solutions or similar technologies and their place in IT strategy
  • Experience installing managing and maintaining Citrix App and Desktop virtualisation XenServer Endpoint management and NetScaler application delivery and security offerings
  • Fluency in English
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a hardworking and proactive approach
  • Effective communication with people at all levels
  • Problem solving and ability to follow through tasks to conclusion
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed revenue retention and growth targets
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% for client meetings and events

Day to day

  • Act as the main technical contact for strategic clients and build trusted relationships that support long-term growth.
  • Manage existing accounts proactively, spot expansion opportunities, and help win new logo sales through Citrix expertise.
  • Work with partners, internal teams, and customers to deliver demos workshops proof-of-concepts and implementation support across the Citrix portfolio.
