Requirements
- Proven experience in technical account management solutions enablement or technical sales within the technology sector
- Strong understanding of Citrix solutions or similar technologies and their place in IT strategy
- Experience installing managing and maintaining Citrix App and Desktop virtualisation XenServer Endpoint management and NetScaler application delivery and security offerings
- Fluency in English
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a hardworking and proactive approach
- Effective communication with people at all levels
- Problem solving and ability to follow through tasks to conclusion
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed revenue retention and growth targets
- Willingness to travel up to 60% for client meetings and events
- Ability to work independently prioritize effectively and manage territory responsibilities

Day to day
- Act as the main technical contact for strategic clients and build trusted relationships that support long-term growth.
- Manage existing accounts proactively, spot expansion opportunities, and help win new logo sales through Citrix expertise.
- Work with partners, internal teams, and customers to deliver demos workshops proof-of-concepts and implementation support across the Citrix portfolio.
