Requirements
- 5+ years of paralegal experience in an Arizona civil litigation environment
- Strong knowledge of Arizona state and federal court rules and e-filing procedures
- Experience preparing and filing a wide range of legal documents
- Exceptional proofreading formatting and document preparation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency with MS Office especially advanced Word formatting
- Experience with document time and client management software ideally Clio
- Experience with electronic filing and Westlaw
- High attention to detail thoroughness and accuracy
- Superior organizational calendaring and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Day to day
- Provide substantive litigation support to multiple attorneys in a busy civil practice.
- Prepare skeletons and first drafts of pleadings motions discovery and related filings with precision.
- Proofread format and finalize legal documents while ensuring strict compliance with court rules and e-filing requirements.
- Manage case files coordinate subpoenas assist with discovery projects and support hearings mediations depositions and trials.
- Communicate professionally with clients witnesses experts and court staff while keeping matters organized and moving efficiently.
