- Minimum six years of relevant work experience required.
- Degree in a relevant field or extensive claims handling experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of the injury litigation process and multi-state regulatory environments.

- Able to obtain state licenses
Day to day
- Manage complex high-exposure commercial claim investigations.
- Direct counsel through the litigation process.
- Conduct negotiations including mediations arbitrations and trials.
- Evaluate claims with a focus on mitigating risks and making settlement recommendations.
