What the job involves

• Claims Engineers are technical experts for claims damage estimate reviews and queries
• They investigate and review estimates, customer images, and repair methods effectively and efficiently to determine repair safety and control costs for customers
• They work across multiple brands, products, and functions, dealing with all types of estimates including approved and non-approved networks, and retrospective audits of repairs
