Day to day
- Collaborate with operational users technical staff and clients to gather accurate technical information for documentation
- Review multiple sources and determine the content needed for IT governance materials policies procedures and SOPs
- Create maintain and refine clear user-friendly documentation using logical structure diagrams charts and strong formatting
- Test content for consistency accuracy grammar and audience understanding while supporting yearly document reviews and updates
- Deliver presentations training and explanations that simplify complex ideas for varied audiences
