Remote Client Accountant - Funds Job in Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK IQ-EQ

Who you are

• ACCA/ ACA/CIMA/CPA qualified or qualified by experience.
• Proven experience in finance particularly within a professional office setting.
• Strong skills in managing client relationships and handling complex accounting tasks.
• Experience with regulatory reporting and financial statement preparation (UK GAAP US GAAP IFRS).

What the job involves

• Act as a day-to-day front office contact for fund clients.
• Review and manage quarterly and annual financial reports ensuring compliance with legal documentation and accountancy framework.
• Resolve complex accounting issues including equalisations rebalances and annual audit management.
• Maintain strong communication and build client relationships focusing on customer-centric solutions.
