    What the job involves

    • Act as day to day front office contact for private equity real estate credit or debt fund clients.
    • Review quarterly and annual working papers financial statements investor reports call and distribution notices ensuring movement of funds and transactions align with legal documentation and accountancy framework.
    • Assist in ad hoc tasks supporting fund managers and client representatives.
    • Interpret data provide concise explanations on trends and variances resolve arising problems and issues.
    • Ensure financial statements meet Funds' reporting requirements in collaboration with line manager and technical team.
    • Handle complex accountancy matters such as equalisations rebalances bank interest swaps hedging and loans.
    • Manage the annual audit process including technical discussions with auditors.
    • Build strong client and business relationships to deliver customer-centric solutions.
    • Contribute to team efficiency and effectiveness by identifying improvement opportunities.
    • Expand professional knowledge and skills in private equity.
    • Maintain strong communication skills to effectively interact across the business.
