What the job involves

  • Coordinate and manage the entire educational training process for key Treasury products.
  • Design and update training modules using various methodologies including face-to-face and digital platforms.
  • Engage with SMEs and other stakeholders to ensure training content is relevant and impactful.
  • Evaluate training outcomes using the Kirkpatrick model and implement improvement strategies.
