Who you are

  • Review campaign paperwork and bookings
  • Track campaign margins and reconciliations
  • Assist in client contract reviews and rebate tracking
  • Manage billing dates
  • Ensure commercial deals are tracked and generate reports
  • Handle revenue accrual and deferral each month
  • Assist with AR collections and prepare reports
  • Generate campaign commission reports
  • Help with budget and re-forecasting
  • Liaise with auditors and tech team for reporting improvements
  • Maintain documentation for balance sheet activity
  • Prepare month-end closing checklists
  • Perform ad hoc reporting for stakeholders

Desirables

  • French or Dutch speaking skills
  • Familiarity with Oracle ERP systems
  • Experience in group work



What the job involves

  • Assist the Senior Finance Manager with all client finance functions across the group, covering multiple European entities
  • Work independently and liaise across departments
  • Adapt to fast-moving business needs and proactive problem-solving
