- Experience in account management and business planning
- Proficient with calendars and client liaison
- Skilled in customer relationship management
- Fluent in English
- Strong marketing, team building, and team leadership abilities.
What the job involves
- Assisting clients from first point of contact to arranging dates for Audits, Inspections, Training or Consulting.
- Processing new business forms and responding to queries relating to services.
- Maintaining scheduling information on Client Portals, Shared Folders, and standardized databases.
- Working with Resource Managers to review calendars and ensure inspections are scheduled in line with deadlines.
- Supporting other departments with scheduling queries.
