    What the job involves

    • Prospect, identify, and engage potential clients through various channels such as cold calling networking events social media and referrals.
    • Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and challenges.
    • Collaborate with the recruitment team to source screen and present qualified candidates to clients matching skills and culture fit.
    • Conduct thorough candidate interviews and skill assessments to ensure a high level of quality in potential placements.
    • Manage the end-to-end staffing process including negotiating terms coordinating interviews and facilitating offer negotiations.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates addressing inquiries resolving issues and maintaining regular communication throughout the placement process.
    • Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and competitive landscape to effectively position TEEMA Solutions Group's services.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions job orders and candidate submissions using our CRM system.
