Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, process engineering, business, supply chain management or related field
• Minimum 7 years in large scale software consulting services implementations
• 5 years experience in professional services sales with new customers
• Consulting background
• Excellent communication skills and ability to gain trust up to C-suite level
• Proven negotiation skills and track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets
• Critical thinker with strategic project view
• Willingness to travel 30-60% domestically and occasionally internationally
• Kinaxis RapidResponse certification is an asset

What the job involves

• Identify and manage sales and services opportunities for clients throughout the services sale lifecycle
• Present deployment methodologies and recommend phased approaches
• Develop strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets
• Partner with Sales team to close new business opportunities
• Develop comprehensive SOWs outlining cost, time, and resources for client projects
• Lead workshops to understand client business issues and design solutions
• Build partnerships with internal stakeholders and maintain relationships with partners
• Establish referenceable clients and act as a deployment advisor
