Requirements
- 5+ years in a client-facing marketing or agency role with independent ownership of strategic accounts
- Strong command of growth marketing fundamentals including paid media conversion optimization attribution and full-funnel performance strategy
- Working knowledge of SEO and AEO including AI-driven search visibility
- Hands-on experience using Claude or similar LLMs to synthesize data generate deliverables and streamline repetitive tasks
- Ability to build strong client relationships and turn challenges into clear recommendations
- Skilled at presenting insights through polished persuasive slide decks and data analyses
- Sharp judgment high ownership and comfort managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment

Day to day
- Own a portfolio of strategic client accounts end-to-end and guide them from onboarding through retention and growth
- Lead clear and confident client communication in scheduled and ad hoc meetings while translating performance into compelling narratives
- Develop roadmaps testing plans and performance reviews and collaborate with internal teams to drive data-backed growth and maximize results
