Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of relevant client management experience
  • Healthcare employee benefits or insurance account management experience preferred
  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Day to day

  • Manage a defined book of more than 150 small business EAP clients and serve as the primary point of contact
  • Build and deepen client relationships by proactively managing renewals identifying growth opportunities and delivering consistent value-added service
  • Provide consultative guidance using utilization data program insights and business reviews to improve EAP and wellness outcomes
  • Develop culturally relevant engagement strategies coordinate benefit integration and represent CuraLinc at client events and presentations
