Requirements

Experience in the same or a similar role
A degree in Computer Science
Good problem solving ability
Passion for achieving excellent customer satisfaction
Strong knowledge of SQL Server and Transact SQL
Ability to work to agreed timescales keeping customers informed of any delays
Confidence in a customer facing role with excellent interpersonal & relationship building skills

Nice to have

Experience supporting global customers
Knowledge in Snowflake and data-cloud technologies
Knowledge in Logi Analytics Tableau and business analytics
Knowledge regarding web-based technology

Day to day

Supervising daily routines & processes to ensure the smooth running of customer's tools acting on any implementations needed
Ensuring customer standards processes and best practices are identified and implemented
Actioning support queries from customers adhering to our SLAs
Advising and recommending appropriate solutions & alternatives
Building positive relationships with customers and reporting accurately on all operational & technical aspects of the client’s maintenance
Exploring and contributing to new ways of implementing IM technology
Managing accounts ensuring the delivered solutions are working effectively
