Role


Who you are

  • Experience in the same or a similar role
  • A degree in Computer Science
  • Good problem solving ability
  • Passion for achieving excellent customer satisfaction
  • Strong knowledge of SQL Server and Transact SQL
  • Ability to work to agreed timescales keeping customers informed of any delays
  • Confidence in a customer facing role with excellent interpersonal & relationship building skills

Desirables

  • Experience supporting global customers
  • Knowledge in Snowflake and data-cloud technologies
  • Knowledge in Logi Analytics Tableau and business analytics
  • Knowledge regarding web-based technology


What the job involves

  • Supervising daily routines & processes to ensure the smooth running of customer's tools acting on any implementations needed
  • Ensuring customer standards processes and best practices are identified and implemented
  • Actioning support queries from customers adhering to our SLAs
  • Advising and recommending appropriate solutions & alternatives
  • Building positive relationships with customers and reporting accurately on all operational & technical aspects of the client’s maintenance
  • Exploring and contributing to new ways of implementing IM technology
  • Managing accounts ensuring the delivered solutions are working effectively
