Day to day

  • Own a portfolio of 30–50 brokerage accounts and guide them through onboarding adoption and retention.
  • Run consultative product demonstrations for warm inbound and franchise-referred leads with a clear focus on broker-owner priorities.
  • Provide first-line support manage CRM hygiene and proactively protect accounts from churn through disciplined follow-through and accurate documentation.
