- 3+ years in customer success account management or inside sales preferably B2B SaaS
- A specific self-described system for CRM hygiene

- Ability to hold pricing and enforce timelines under pressure

Day to day
- Own a portfolio of 30–50 brokerage accounts and guide them through onboarding adoption and retention.
- Run consultative product demonstrations for warm inbound and franchise-referred leads with a clear focus on broker-owner priorities.
- Provide first-line support manage CRM hygiene and proactively protect accounts from churn through disciplined follow-through and accurate documentation.
