Day to day

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and build lasting, trusted relationships.
  • Handle client inquiries and tickets in Jira Service Desk while coordinating timely resolutions with internal teams and BPO partners.
  • Support client retention by reviewing processes contracts renewals and business opportunities that help improve revenue and service outcomes.
