- Demonstrated experience leading client onboarding or implementation projects
- Experience advising on benefits administration eligibility rules and platform configuration
- Active Life & Health insurance license preferred
- Strong analytical communication and client relationship management skills

Day to day
- Serve as the onboarding expert for newly acquired clients and guide employee benefit programs from sales handoff to active launch.
- Design onboarding strategies timelines and risk mitigation plans while coordinating carriers vendors HRIS platforms and internal teams.
- Lead client success meetings resolve complex operational issues and ensure data integrity compliance and enrollment readiness before client launch.
