Requirements
- 3-5 years of applicable experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- AZ-900 certification
- AZ-104 certification
- Experience with Windows and/or Linux operating systems in physical and cloud environments
- Experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS and SaaS technologies
- Experience with JSON REST and data-based APIs
- Experience with Azure Service Bus and Azure Notifications Hub
- Ability to configure and support resilient highly available IT systems
- Networking knowledge including Cisco Meraki Azure VNETs VPN Gateways Route Servers Route Tables and Private Endpoints
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to native Azure logging and monitoring tools
- Experience building DR and HA solutions
- Knowledge of information security best practices for operating systems network and databases
- Scripting experience with Powershell Bash JS Python or similar
- Experience with cloud services such as Azure Google or AWS
- Experience with BDR solutions such as Veeam VMware Site Recovery and Azure Backup/Site Recovery
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 Services including Exchange Intune SharePoint and Teams
- General SQL Server database troubleshooting experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical follow-up and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and execute in a high-pressure environment
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Knowledge of TCP/IP protocol and firewalls
- Knowledge of virtual machines and container concepts
- Knowledge of cloud security and the shared security model
- Experience with ticketing systems and internal clients
- Ability to respond after hours for critical issues
- Strong vendor management skills

- Experience in a high availability environment preferred
- Knowledge of ITIL ITSM practices preferred

Day to day
- Administer and maintain enterprise cloud and on-prem infrastructure across private and public environments.
- Support system performance, troubleshoot operational issues, and coordinate server, network, and software changes.
- Work closely with development and client service teams to deliver resilient solutions, improve cost efficiency, and support disaster recovery.
