- Manage the secure, scalable and resilient hosting of applications in a HIPAA regulated environment to improve lives
- Implement monitoring and security controls across various platforms
- Analyze and run audits, conduct trend analysis and provide cloud data reporting
- Manage ticket assignments, documentation and escalations for timely outcomes
