Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science MIS or related technology field or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years working with public cloud infrastructure AWS Azure or Google Cloud
- Advanced Linux or open source knowledge
- Expertise in containerization such as Kubernetes
- Solid understanding of cloud networking and security
- Infrastructure and Configuration as Code methodologies
- Detailed knowledge of microservices and DevOps
- 3+ years in incident response and major incident management
- Experience with Docker Rancher virtualization VPN Kafka and RDP
- Advanced Linux and Windows experience

Day to day
- Support Centric Cloud Customers by operating a scalable and highly available cloud platform for the C8 application.
- Respond quickly to critical customer incidents and perform cloud deployments migrations upgrades and restores.
- Monitor troubleshoot and maintain cloud servers networking security and automation while collaborating with Engineering DevOps and Support teams.
