Requirements
- Experience with eMASS
- Experience supporting ATO processes artifact development security control implementation and POA&M management
- Experience leading and managing cyber teams
- Experience with client management and engagement
- Knowledge of RMF and NIST 800-53 Rev. 4
- Ability to facilitate meetings
- Ability to analyze authorization documents and identify gaps
- Ability to coordinate with system team stakeholders and follow SOPs
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Ability to work core business hours 8 AM to 5 PM EST Monday through Friday
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must be based in the U.S.

Day to day
- Support system owners in creating ATO packages and ensuring artifacts meet VA authorization requirements
- Map security artifacts to NIST 800-53 controls and assist with Assessment Procedures testing evaluation and control implementation statements
- Guide system teams through RMF and eMASS workflows while reviewing updating and managing POA&Ms and authorization documents
