Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 2-4+ years' experience with cloud based distributed systems
• Proficient in a modern programming language such as Java, C#, or Python
• Understanding of operating system fundamentals
• Knowledge of data models and distributed persistence technologies
• Understanding latest security principles, techniques, and protocols
• Troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency in network, distributed, asynchronous, concurrent programming
• Experience with software engineering standard methodologies
• Experience with cloud services like OCI, Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Ability to achieve goals in innovative fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities

Desirables

• Experience in Agile/SCRUM software development
• Experience with JVM languages like Java Kotlin Scala
• Experience with Azure or OCI
• Familiarity with source control and deployment tools like GitHub Maven Gradle Terraform Grafana
• Familiarity with networking protocols TCP/IP HTTP standard network architectures
• Familiarity with building secure software using modern security principles
