Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or Business Applications consulting OR equivalent experience.
• 8+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or Business Applications consulting OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 6+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.
• 4+ years experience working in a customer-facing role.
• 4+ years experience working on technical projects.
• Deep domain expertise in Cloud Scale Analytics, and Data Governance OR hands-on experience working with the respective products.
• Experience creating Data & Analytics Proof of Concepts, Minimum Viable Products for customers that lead to production deployments.
• Knowledge of key Data & Analytics platforms such as AWS, GCP, Snowflake.
• Software development practices like DevOps and CI/CD tool chains and container orchestration systems.

What the job involves

• You will own the technical relationship between the customer and Microsoft.
• Help customers unlock the full potential of their Microsoft investments through architecture, implementation, and operational health engagements.
• Deliver solutions with high performance, security, scalability, maintainability, repeatability, reusability, and reliability.
• Drive consumption growth and help customers extract value from their Microsoft investments.
• Collaborate with the Engineering team to address key blockers and drive product improvements.
• Stay updated on market trends and educate customers about the Azure platform.
