Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering, business or 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems admin, network operations, software development/support, tech solutions, practice development, architecture, or Business Applications consulting or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems admin, network operations, software development/support, tech solutions, practice development, architecture, or Business Applications consulting with Bachelor's degree, 6+ years with Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years experience in a customer-facing role.
• 4+ years experience in technical projects.
• Expertise in Cloud Scale Analytics (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, DataBricks) and Data Governance (e.g., Microsoft Purview) or hands-on experience.
• Experience creating Data & Analytics Proof of Concepts (PoC) or Minimum Viable Products (MVP).
• Knowledge of key Data & Analytics platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Snowflake).
• Experience with software development practices like DevOps and CI/CD toolchains (e.g., Jenkins, Azure Developer Services, GitHub) and container orchestration systems (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

What the job involves

• Own the technical relationship between the customer and Microsoft in a customer-facing role. Help customers unlock the full potential of their Microsoft investments through architecture, implementation, and operational health engagements. Innovate with AI-infused analytic solutions to drive business value.
• Develop opportunities to enhance Customer Success and help customers extract value from their Microsoft investments. Apply technical knowledge to design solutions aligned with business and IT needs. Architect modern Data & Analytics solutions and lead Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Minimal Viable Products (MVPs).
• Share insights and best practices, collaborate to address key blockers, and drive product improvements. Stay updated on market trends and educate customers about the Azure platform. Promote reusability to accelerate customer success.
