Remote Cloud Solution Architecture Job in Pennsylvania, United States Microsoft

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or Business Applications consulting OR equivalent experience
• 4+ years experience in a customer-facing role
• 4+ years experience working on technical projects
• Knowledge in foundational security, foundational AI, architecture design with SME in Cloud Scale Analytics (Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, DataBricks), and Data Governance (Microsoft Purview)

Desirables

• Experience with AWS and GCP
• PoC and MVP creation

What the job involves

• Owning the technical relationship between the customer and Microsoft. Helping customers unlock the full potential of their Microsoft investments through architecture, implementation, and operational health engagements. Driving digital transformation with AI infused analytic solutions that drive business value
• Architecting modern Data & Analytics solutions aligned with business and IT needs. Leading Proof of concepts (POCs) and Minimal Viable Products (MVPs) for customers. Ensuring long-term technical viability of solutions
• Being a trusted advisor for high performance, security, scalability and maintainability of solutions. Advocating for customers by sharing insights, best practices, and collaborating with the Engineering team to address key blockers
• Collaborating with the Data, Analytics and AI technical community for continuous learning. Educating customers about the Azure platform to promote reusability and accelerate customer success
• Embodying Microsoft’s culture and values of respect, integrity, and accountability
