Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology field or equivalent work experience
- 3-5+ years of application or system administration experience with Microsoft 365
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 messaging collaboration identity and security in an enterprise environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure
- Working knowledge of VMware virtualization
- Working knowledge of backup and recovery solutions
- Working knowledge of storage/SAN platforms
- Strong troubleshooting communication and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative mindset and commitment to a diverse academic community

Day to day
- Administer and enhance Microsoft 365 services with a strong focus on security compliance and usability to support teaching learning and operations
- Deliver reliable cloud and enterprise collaboration services including messaging identity and governance across the university
- Support Azure and on-prem infrastructure by troubleshooting complex issues improving resilience and contributing to modernization initiatives
