Requirements
- Proactive hands-on problem solver with strong practical skills
- Experience in speciality coffee such as senior barista café manager trainer or wholesale support
- Excellent understanding of espresso extraction milk preparation recipes and quality control
- Confident training and coaching café teams
- Practical knowledge of commercial espresso machines and grinders
- Ability to fault find perform preventative maintenance and routine servicing
- Confident installing and setting up espresso equipment
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised and able to manage your own diary
- Full UK driving licence
Nice to have
- Wholesale account management experience
- Formal coffee qualifications
- Coffee Safe familiarity
- Basic electrical knowledge
- Basic mechanical knowledge
Day to day
- Act as the face of Roastworks in the field, building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service
- Provide expert coffee support, carry out barista training, and troubleshoot coffee quality issues
- Install, service, diagnose, and repair espresso machines and grinders while keeping accurate records
- Manage your own diary proactively, balancing customer visits, technical appointments, and account support
