Requirements

  • Proactive hands-on problem solver with strong practical skills
  • Experience in speciality coffee such as senior barista café manager trainer or wholesale support
  • Excellent understanding of espresso extraction milk preparation recipes and quality control
  • Confident training and coaching café teams
  • Practical knowledge of commercial espresso machines and grinders
  • Ability to fault find perform preventative maintenance and routine servicing
  • Confident installing and setting up espresso equipment
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised and able to manage your own diary
  • Full UK driving licence

Nice to have

  • Wholesale account management experience
  • Formal coffee qualifications
  • Coffee Safe familiarity
  • Basic electrical knowledge
  • Basic mechanical knowledge

Day to day

  • Act as the face of Roastworks in the field, building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service
  • Provide expert coffee support, carry out barista training, and troubleshoot coffee quality issues
  • Install, service, diagnose, and repair espresso machines and grinders while keeping accurate records
  • Manage your own diary proactively, balancing customer visits, technical appointments, and account support
